That You Needed
We have worked with Justin for years, on multiple projects, and I do not have enough great things to say about working with him. He is everything you want in a GC. He sticks to budgets and timelines, he value engineers incredibly well, he communicates extremely well throughout the process, and above all he takes pride in his work and makes sure he delivers an outstanding product.
As project manager for our custom home in Salida, CO, Justin Burns provided an exceptionally positive home building experience. His professionalism, industry knowledge and coordination of all the construction components were top-notch and exceeded our expectations.
His attention to detail, his open, honest communication style and his creative problem-solving ability are what made this project work. Building a custom house remotely isn’t easy but with Justin it was as good as it could have possibly been.
He kept us informed on progress via weekly teleconferences and photos and when we couldn’t be there, he provided us with FaceTime video walk throughs.
Justin is incredibly easy to work with and was always responsive and accessible despite our being a thousand miles and a time zone away.
